By downloading, installing, or using Файний Alias ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is free to download and use. Optional in-app purchases are available to expand functionality and are processed through the Apple App Store.

Users may purchase individual word packs or categories, as well as unlock the full version of the App with a one-time purchase. These purchases are not subscriptions, do not auto-renew, and remain available in accordance with Apple's policies.

Payment processing, purchase restoration, refunds, and other payment-related matters are handled by Apple in accordance with its terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information and do not process payments directly.

The App allows you to create custom categories and add words to them.

All categories and words you create are stored exclusively on your device. We do not access this content, share it with third parties, or back it up.

You bear full responsibility for the content you create and warrant that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

You agree to: use the App only in accordance with applicable law; not copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App unless expressly permitted by law; not distribute, sell, or resell the App or its built-in content without our written permission; not use the App for any unlawful purpose; and not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any components of the App.

All rights to the App, including its source code, design, graphics, interface, name, logo, built-in categories, word lists, hints, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by intellectual property law.

Purchasing the App or individual word packs grants you only the right to use that content for personal purposes. No intellectual property rights are transferred.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not use the App.

The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may change, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue certain features or the entire App without prior notice.

The words, categories, hints, and other game content are created solely for entertainment purposes. Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy or absence of inaccuracies in the content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through App Store release notes or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

If the App was obtained through the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the support or operation of the App, except as required by its policies and applicable law. All matters relating to in-app purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

We may terminate or restrict your right to use the App in the event of a breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
